What to expect at your appointment
- Do you accept my insurance?
My practice is cash-based only in order to provide the most appropriate care, with more flexibility than I could provider under the restriction of an insurance-based model. We are free to use a blend of modalities as needed, and can freely explore your goals in the time frame and frequency that works best for your particular circumstance. - What should I wear to my first appointment?
Comfortable clothes which allow you to move a little and keep you temperature regulated work the best – be prepared to lay still for an extended period and if there are movements you’d like me to observe, just make sure you can demonstrate them for me wearing whatever you choose to wear. - How do I choose what kind of session to book, how long of an appointment do I need?
All of my treatment sessions are customized to what you need, so it really doesn’t matter how you book online. However, if you are unsure of what services will support you, please take advantage of my free phone consultation. A 90-minute session leaves time to fully arrive, discuss and address your specific goals. If it is more important to receive a session more often, a 60-minute session may fit better into our schedule and your resources. - How often should I come in?
For therapeutic session, physical therapy, or pelvic health we can discuss this during your first visit, or in a phone consult as this will depend on your specific situation. For wellness visits, or maintenance care I usually recommend aiming for at least once per month. You are welcome to schedule ahead in order to fully prioritize your health. - What is your cancellation policy?
I request 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. A $50 fee will be added to all missed appointments or late cancellations. Please message me if you are running late for your session, and if possible I will be able to accommodate your full time. My practice is built on integrity and mutual respect and I honor your time, and understand that some things cannot be avoided. Please arrive healthy and safely!

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle and more subtle form of manual therapy for the whole body. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the practitioner touch is light and still. The session focus is to support the inherent health of the whole being, especially the nervous system.
