inner presence is heart-centered patient care

The work I offer is an integration of multiple inter-related disciplines woven together through years of clinical practice and personal dedication (see more below)

  • I began my physical therapy work with a 100% caseload treating women for pelvic floor health, and have also treated people for back pain, and many/any other orthopedic conditions
  • I have worked independently as a massage therapist since 2009 and my manual techniques blend myofascial release, lymphatic work, deep tissue, active and passive motion assisted release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, joint and nerve root mobilization
  • In 2024  I also became an RCST® Registered Craniosacral Therapist
  • I have enjoyed and practiced yoga for over two decades, and have a dedicated daily practice that focuses on subtle body balancing, nervous system nourishment and a deeply spiritual connection to our universal wholeness

I learn the most about how to support you by listening

My treatment philosophy as a physical therapist has always relied heavily on allowing time to hear your story. As in nature, patterns arise in our systems and can provide important information if we are paying attention

inner

relates to that voice inside that nags us to pay attention

inner

is what we know to be true about our own wellness

inner

leads the way to genuine, sustainable change

presence

means showing up, for yourself

presence

is being with all of the parts of yourself – as they are

presence

might look like confidence, playfulness, or radiance

"I want to thank you for all the time and attention you have given me...Your steadiness, clear-eyed optimism, pragmatism wrapped-in-visionary-possibility, your openness and curiosity, and your genuine kindness - and much more, took me from a frightened woman facing the impossible to a strong woman capable of carrying the challenges...YOU are a gift to all"
